M is for Maid Inchie

Hm.  When I saw 'maid', the first thing that entered my head was Ann B. Davis, Alice from The Brady Bunch, who died this month on June 1st.  Isn't she the quintessential maid?  One thing I just cannot do is to draw a portrait of someone specific, so I decided to do a photo collage but I don't have a working printer, so I went digi.  She's a tiny little thing and I did it completely electronically using a couple of different photo editing software programs I use.  Is this cheating?  Hope not!  I know I could have some more fun with it if I had a printer - at least some embossing or something on the final print out, but you gotta go with what ya got. Here's to you, Alice!

... and here's to Every Inchie Monday who keeps us inspired!

  1. I thought about Alice as well. But, like you, I had no real way to make that in beads. I love what you did and all types of art in one inch is considered, I am sure. You did a great job.

  8. Very clever and a great idea. Loved the Brady Bunch - wish they'd show some repeats (at the moment we are being treated to I Dream of Jeannie and Bewitched!)
